Return/Exchange

If you need an RMA please read the instructions below  & we will respond within 24-48 Hrs.

 

Important Notice:

1: We are not a mobile phone manufacturer, We provide our own 30,60 or 90 day RMA policy on refurbished phones as a courtesy to our customers.

2: RMA request's will only be approved for phones within the Return period.

3: A $25 processing fee per handset will be applied if:

  • Item is sent to us without approval and RMA number.
  • Item is returned as faulty but found to be in full working condition, or damaged by customer.
  • Item is returned without a proper description of fault or issue.

4: All cell phones must be returned with all original accessories & packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to phones with missing items.

5: Returned cell phones will be exchanged for the same model, If item is no longer available we will exchange for a similar item or issue refund.

6: Returned items must have an RMA # marked clearly on the out side of shipping package. The customer will be responsible for the package until it is delivered and signed for at our location.

7: Buyers are responsible for ensuring cell phone compatibility with their desired network provider & 2G / 3G / 4G / LTE frequency before placing an order.

8: Once we receive your RMA, it will take 7-10 Business days to be processed. Weekend does not count as business day.

9: There is no warranty on Generic / aftermarket accessories.

10: All original accessories will be covered by their manufacturer.
